Black Hat Asia 2026, where do I even begin?
Walking into sessions, you could feel the pulse of where security is headed, AI everywhere, agentic systems being built faster than we can secure them, and the collective realization that we’re all figuring this out together.
But for me, one of the most meaningful parts was being a 𝗦𝗽𝗲𝗮𝗸𝗲𝗿 𝗖𝗼𝗮𝗰𝗵. Working behind the scenes with speakers helping shape stories, refine ideas, and bring out that one insight that truly lands with the audience is always special.
And then came the Review Board dinner, one of those moments you wish you could pause. Sitting with some of the sharpest minds in the industry, exchanging ideas, debating trends, laughing over shared stories.
Reconnecting with old friends, finally meeting so many of you in person after countless online conversations, and making new connections that already feel like long-time collaborators, that’s the real magic.
Because at the end of the day, conferences are not just about content. They’re about community.
Already looking forward to the next one.
