A✨ What an inspiring experience at Security BSides Ahmedabad !
I had the privilege of moderating a panel on “Women, Leadership & AI” — three powerful words that are individually transformative, but together, they carry the potential to reshape our collective future.
We explored how AI is no longer just a buzzword—it’s in our boardrooms, classrooms, and daily lives. With this shift, the role of ethical and inclusive leadership becomes even more critical. And women leaders are stepping up—not only to shape technology but also to champion values of fairness, inclusivity, and accountability that must go hand-in-hand with innovation.
Our panel brought together a powerhouse of voices—Rashmi, Yashita, Abhilasha, Ishika, and Alka—who shared diverse perspectives on: 💡 AI innovations that truly make life easier, ⚖️ Ethical leadership in a world where AI impacts billions, 📚 Critical skills women need to thrive in the AI era, and 📜 Policies and governance frameworks that will drive fairness and inclusivity.
We kicked off with something simple yet profound—asking each panelist for just one word that comes to mind when they hear “Women, Leadership & AI.” The answers set a strong and inspiring tone for the entire conversation.
A big thank you to my fellow panelists and the BSides Ahmedabad community for fostering such meaningful discussions. Together, we’re not just talking about the future—we’re shaping it. 🚀
Big shout out to all the wonderful leaders
