Before connecting another AI tool to company data, ask: • Who is accountable for its actions? • What can it access? • How will we know when something goes wrong? These are the questions that make AI governance real.

The access controls particularly caught my attention. When an AI agent can act, its identity, permissions and accountable owner deserve careful consideration.
