CODE RED LIVE ON STAGE AT CYBE AI SUMMIT 2026!
Today, I had the privilege of moderating an AI Incident War Room and it was one of those sessions that felt less like a panel discussion and more like stepping into a real crisis.
What happens when your core production Large Language Model gets compromised in real time? We are watching a high-stakes, live simulation unfold right now!
Session: Live Crisis War Room CODE RED : Your Production LLM Just Got Compromised Crisis War Room
What made the conversation powerful was that every role had a different priority but no role could solve the crisis alone. The biggest learning for me was simple: an AI incident is rarely “just an AI problem.”
Moderating this war room reinforced why organisations must prepare for AI incidents before they happen. When the clock is running, the media is asking questions, customers are worried, and the evidence is incomplete, technology alone will not save the situation.
A huge thank you to the panelists: Himanshu Bist | Prabhu Pathak | Chetan Anand | Swapnil Joshi
The exercise may have been hypothetical, but the decisions and the lessons were very real.
