You’re already using Microsoft 365 at work. Copilot came with it. Are you actually using it? Most organisations are paying for Copilot. Very few teams are extracting real value from it.

Instead of treating it like “AI hype”, treat it like a productivity layer sitting inside tools you already live in.

Here’s how to actually use it 👇

𝟭) 𝗖𝗼𝗽𝗶𝗹𝗼𝘁 𝗶𝗻 𝗠𝗶𝗰𝗿𝗼𝘀𝗼𝗳𝘁 𝗪𝗼𝗿𝗱 • Drafts documents from short prompts or messy bullet notes • Rewrites for clarity, tone, and structure • Summarises long documents into key takeaways

Think of it as your structured-thinking assistant — not a replacement, but a powerful first draft machine.

𝟮) 𝗖𝗼𝗽𝗶𝗹𝗼𝘁 𝗶𝗻 𝗠𝗶𝗰𝗿𝗼𝘀𝗼𝗳𝘁 𝗘𝘅𝗰𝗲𝗹 • Builds formulas, pivots, and charts from plain English • Cleans messy data (duplicates, formatting, gaps) • Surfaces trends, outliers, and patterns

If Excel sometimes feels intimidating, Copilot lowers the barrier dramatically.

𝟯) 𝗖𝗼𝗽𝗶𝗹𝗼𝘁 𝗶𝗻 𝗠𝗶𝗰𝗿𝗼𝘀𝗼𝗳𝘁 𝗣𝗼𝘄𝗲𝗿𝗣𝗼𝗶𝗻𝘁 • Creates slides from a Word doc or outline • Generates speaker notes • Tightens the storyline

It’s especially powerful when you have content… but no flow.

𝟰) 𝗖𝗼𝗽𝗶𝗹𝗼𝘁 𝗮𝘀 𝘆𝗼𝘂𝗿 𝗠𝗶𝗰𝗿𝗼𝘀𝗼𝗳𝘁 𝟯𝟲𝟱 𝗖𝗵𝗮𝘁 𝗹𝗮𝘆𝗲𝗿 • Searches across files, emails, chats, and meetings • Summarises threads and extracts action items • Drafts contextual replies based on your documents

AI adoption inside organisations doesn’t fail because tools are missing.
