I have been very very patient and tried to be as calm for one year. This is really disappointing and disturbing that no one care to reply on emails and twitter DM complaints.
Your customer care Balasubramanium and Dinesh G have been giving a run around for my dishwasher, two weeks ago they said they will replace the dishwasher. Today i called and asked they did not pick up the phone and messaged that request is cancelled without reason.
This is very unprofessional and shameful on LG. Big liars everywhere and no one seem to care about customer. I did not want to put it openly like this. But you have wasted one year. No one has authority, no one knows what is happening. Keep escalating and escalating person doesnt know whats this.
